The menu highlights typical fish from the region, such as Haddock and Herring, accompanied by special drinks such as Acquavite, a type of Nordic cachaça, and mead, one of the oldest drinks in the world, both with faithfully reproduced recipes. at the restaurant.

Opened in 2018 with the chef’s intention of bringing some of her learning and observations during almost a decade in the Nordic countries, it has a discreet and intimate atmosphere, providing the feeling of being in a residential dining room, with shared tables for up to 20 people.

All ingredients are imported, requiring meticulous planning. Some items are purchased only once a year, while others are adapted and reproduced locally, such as Acquavite, made from potatoes, cereals and cumin seeds, and mead, made with honey, orange peel and spices, which takes about six months to be ready between fermentation and maturation.

The restaurant’s current menu explores the flavors of Nordic countries, including Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Finland and Denmark. It is worth mentioning that this menu is periodically renewed, maintaining diversity and surprise for customers.
